Transitions to larger offices to accommodate growth
GREENVILLE, S.C., July 20, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — eRAD Inc., a division of RadNet, Inc., a leading provider of standards-based, web-centric radiology image and data management solutions, announced today that it has expanded its World Headquarters.
“As we add new customers, our employee base is expanding accordingly—so that we can deliver on our commitment to top-tier service,” said Cliff Hults, VP of Operations for eRAD. “We’ve expanded our offices to keep pace with that growth.”
eRAD’s base remains in Greenville, S.C., where several other large multi-national corporations have their U.S. or continental headquarters. The company’s new address is 201 Brookfield Parkway, Suite 160, Greenville, South Carolina, 29607.
The phased move began on June 27 and was completed in three weeks.
The eRAD Customer Solutions Center has an average ticket resolution time of only 13 minutes and aims to reduce that resolution time from the new location.
Seth Koeppel, Senior VP of Sales at eRAD, said, “Our commitment to strong customer relationships is one of the defining characteristics of eRAD. We hear it over and over again—that it’s our technical and clinical know-how that makes all the difference. Not to mention how rapid our response times are. The move is just a sign of greater innovation to come.”
