The Systems Specialist is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual:

  • Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure
  • Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, and partners
  • Accountable for the following systems: Linux and Windows systems that support CIIS infrastructure; Linux, Windows, VMWare and Application systems that support external and internal customers
  • Responsibilities on these systems include—SA engineering and provisioning, operations and support, maintenance and research and development to ensure continual innovation

Position Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for remote telephone and direct on-site support of new and existing RIS / PACS solutions at hospitals, imaging centers, and reading groups. The candidate must be able to quickly cultivate a thorough understanding of eRAD RIS / PACS benefits and advantages in the marketplace. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer driven, and able to architect solutions to complex problems faced by clinicians and Radiologists actively providing patient care.

Position is Full-time and located in Greenville, South Carolina.

eRAD Project Managers work in our highly adaptable business model, on initiatives that cross
business teams and operating groups. You will coordinate projects, define performance, and
drive results. You’ll investigate non-standard requests and problems, make presentations to
customers and complete projects on time and within scope.

The Project Manager is responsible for achieving customer satisfaction by working with the
Sales, Resellers, Applications and Implementation teams to provide site configurations
(hardware and software), workflow suggestions and a complete project plan, as well as many
other initiatives.

The Project Manager represents the entire company by assisting in customer account planning
and the deployment of eRAD solutions. This deployment may be for new or existing customers
and may require on-site planning sessions. The Project Manager helps surpass customer
expectations by collaborating with colleagues across the company to ensure we sell and deploy
the correct solutions – maintaining constant communications with the customer, Resellers,
Sales, Applications and Implementation teams through email and conference calls.

The Project Manager reports directly to the Director of Professional Services.

An eRAD Director of Professional Services is a professional responsible for understanding the strategic direction of the company and executing well defined plans focused on implementation of eRAD products, scaling, and improving the overall operations of the organization. This position requires advanced troubleshooting skills, knowledge of the eRAD platforms, the ability to effectively prioritize projects, and the ability to effectively allocate resources to projects to achieve eRAD goals. This individual must leverage exceptional relationships with internal team members as well as outside customers. This position works with customers, all teams within eRAD.

Works in a fast paced and demanding environment.
