eRAD is looking for an action-oriented and energetic individual experienced in test suite automation. This person will be responsible for planning, designing and implementing automated tests for eRAD’s PACS, analyzing results, and training others on the use of the test suite and tools. The QA Tester will work closely with software developers, product managers, support engineers and technical writers to uncover anomalies, verify requirements, and validate solutions quickly, efficiently, and in compliance to eRAD’s high product standards.

The position is based in eRAD’s corporate office in Greenville, SC. Working remotely or in one of our satellite offices is possible but preference might be given to candidates living within commuting distance of the Greenville office.

The Systems Specialist is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual:

  • Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure
  • Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, and partners
  • Accountable for the following systems: Linux and Windows systems that support CIIS infrastructure; Linux, Windows, VMWare and Application systems that support external and internal customers

eRAD is actively seeking enthusiastic, focused, and well-organized individuals to join the eRAD Technical Support team supporting our RIS and PACS (Radiology Information Systems and Picture Archiving & Communications Systems) in high-intensity medical radiology environments. eRAD RIS and PACS are software and hardware products designed to enhance productivity in hospitals and medical imaging centers.

The candidate will be responsible for remote telephone and direct on-site support of new and existing RIS / PACS solutions at hospitals, imaging centers, and reading groups. The candidate must be able to quickly cultivate a thorough understanding of eRAD RIS / PACS benefits and advantages in the marketplace. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer driven, and able to architect solutions to complex problems faced by clinicians and Radiologists actively providing patient care.
