An eRAD Interoperability Engineer is a professional responsible for the advanced design, implementation, support and maintenance of customer interoperability solutions. This individual works with customers and other potential teammates and multiple other teams including our Sales, Implementation and Support Teams to successfully design, implement, and support our interoperability solutions.
- Works with various team members to design, implement, and support custom solutions for customers; generally involving communication between RIS/PACS/RADAR or supporting infrastructure/applications and third party applications.
- Works with the Manager of RIS or PACS Technical Services to determine what a project requires for the customers specific workflow.
- Works assigned projects as directed and provides constant input into project scope, requirements, resources, and timelines for delivery.
- Knowledge transfer from Development teams on technical solutions to all teams as needed.

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (~20% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.
