eRAD Data Migration Engineers work in our highly adaptable business model, in initiatives that cross business teams and operating groups. You will coordinate projects, define performance, and drive results. You’ll investigate non‐standard requests and problems, make presentations to customers, and complete projects on time and within scope.

The Data Migration Engineer is responsible for achieving customer satisfaction by working with the Sales, Dealers, Applications, and Implementation teams to provide site configurations (hardware and software), workflow suggestions, and a complete project plan, as well as many other initiatives.

The Data Migration Engineer will focus on three primary objectives: analyze the scope of customers’ requirements for data migration projects, design and document solid migration plans, and deliver migration services for solutions in healthcare imaging.

The Data Migration Engineer reports directly to the Senior Manager of Professional Services.

The System Administrator (SA) is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems, hardware, software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within our infrastructure. The SA ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, which enables staff and partners to stay productive.

The SA is accountable for the following systems: Linux and Windows systems that support GSD infrastructure; Linux, Windows, VMWare and Application systems that support external and internal customers. Responsibilities on these systems include Engineering and Provisioning, Operations and Support, and Maintenance. Research and development is also required to achieve continual innovation.

The main responsibility of the RIS System Engineer is to ensure delivery of customized system solutions completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. This individual is also responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of customer solutions involved in a Radiology Information System.

This includes, but is not limited to, Application Management, Customization, Database Administration, and working with our Implementation Engineers to successfully support our RIS/PACS solutions. The RIS System Engineer participates in the deployment of new versions of software, services, or projects for eRAD.

The RIS System Engineer position may be remote/telecommute depending on location and experience.
